New app for faster calling
Posted on 11. Sep, 2009 by edrache in Fast Call
Tired of scrolling for contact to call, using search option and keyboard to find contact?
This simple application can help you. Just choose starting letter, then choose contact and one of his phone numbers and voila – it’s calling :)

Please make fast call work on the Droid. It force closes on any softkey press. I would pay for this if it worked, I have way to many contacts.
Thanks Matt

Thank you for that great app. There is a little bug in it: if you have contacts with no real telephone number, but with a ussd-code for balance-check for example, which is in my case *100# it only gets dialed *100. The # is missing. I think this is due to the API, for which the # has to be encoded as %23. If I enter %23 in the addressbook instead of # everything is fine, but other apps like the standard dialer cannot anymore dial this number. Is it possible to fix this?

There is problem with Android Market. Google is working on it. Please be patient or try to find directly by typing in search box in market this phrase: “pname:pl.skylupus.android.fastcall”
Hope it helps.
